Be warned, If you like good Mexican Street Food, that is a good value, you may come here often. Glad the family that gave us the famous, La Cocina in the past is back with a new restaurant. The food and service is really good. Plenty of parking. Grab some tacos then head to the park nearby and if you are up for it ride the carousel too.

We ordered the California burrito and marinated pork tacos, and wow everything was incredible. Super tasty, perfectly seasoned, and delicious whether you eat it plain or add salsa. The portions are huge and the prices are super affordable. The salsa bar is amazingly fresh, with sauces that are actually spicy in the best way. The servers were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean with cute decor. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be coming back!

Aimar’s Mexican food may be a new restaurant in town, but to those that know it is the famous La Cocina with a new name and location. They make incredible street tacos. The nachos are amazing. The food is the best Mexican food in town. The only thing better than the food is the service. This is a family run business and it’s a family that loves and cares about their food and the community they serve. So excited to have them back.

Delicious! Can’t get enough of this place. Keep going back for the Cali Burrito w/ Asada. The burrito is loaded with meat, fries, Guacamole, cheese and crema. I think it’s the best in town. My Wife’s go to has been the super tacos with carnitas. Loaded with meat, melted cheese, beans, crema and fresh avocado on top they are amazing! The restaurant is a bit hidden, but parking in the structure is free. You get amazing service, super clean atmosphere and great authentic Mexican food. It seems they really focus on quality ingredients, and it shows. If you’re in the down town area, swing by Aimar’s you won’t be disappointed.

Not only is Aimar’s the best Mexican Food in St. George, they are also the best family! We loved them when they used to be called La Cocina. Our family was so excited that they reopened. Best Mexican food, best customer service and their new location is excellent. Great indoor and outdoor seating, clean and delicious.

A great continuation of La Cocina! Same great food, same everything! The staff are super nice, caring and funny. Food is made to order like their older restaurant, so it comes by first come first serve basis. I recommend the al pastor and cali burrito.
